This service targets consumers who purchase large furniture items from online secondhand platforms. Many buyers purchase used sofas, cabinets, and bed frames, but the sellers don’t handle delivery and moving. We offer a complete moving service, picking up the furniture from the seller’s residence and delivering it to the buyer’s home.
After placing an order, the customer needs to fill in the seller’s pickup address, the buyer’s delivery address, the furniture source (individual secondhand seller), the actual size of the furniture, any damage or old scratches, the seller’s building and elevator conditions, and agree on a pickup time. We collect information on the site conditions from both the buyer and seller, plan the transportation route and moving personnel, and generate a complete delivery plan, clearly specifying the pickup time, transportation protection, and service area. This plan is then submitted online for customer confirmation.
After confirming the plan, the moving team will go to the seller’s residence to pick up the large furniture, protect it, transport it to the buyer’s address, and place it in its proper position. We will remind the customer to verify the original condition of the used furniture on-site, distinguishing between damage caused during transportation and any existing defects. Once the customer confirms the condition of the items is satisfactory, the service transaction is complete.
