This service is designed for residential settings without elevators or with narrow staircases. It handles the moving of large, rigid cardboard boxes and cabinets up and down stairs, suitable for homes with narrow stair corners and challenging moving conditions.
Customers place an order by providing key information such as the size and weight of the large item, the number of stairs, the width of the stairwell corner, the pick-up and delivery floor, and any obstacles on the stair railings. We assess the difficulty of navigating the stairs, plan the moving route, match the appropriate manpower, generate an online delivery plan, and simultaneously inform the customer of any operational limitations and pick-up time. During the operation, we carefully handle large, heavy items, safely moving them up and down the stairs, completing loading, unloading, and transportation, and then carrying them into the customer’s home and placing them in their designated spot. Once the customer confirms that the items are intact and undamaged, the on-site inspection is completed, and the service officially ends. Suitable for older apartments, townhouses, and homes without elevators for moving large items.
