Customers submit the chair’s dimensions and material, along with information on the building’s hallway and elevator conditions at both pick-up and delivery locations. They can also note any requests for extra protection of the cushions. We generate a delivery plan based on the furniture’s condition, specifying the protection methods and service time. During the process, we cushion the chair frame, properly place the cushions to prevent compression, and load the chair onto the vehicle. We secure the chair during transport. Upon arrival at the delivery address, we move the chair into the customer’s home and place it in the chosen room. The customer inspects the chair on-site for any damage to the frame or cushions.
