After placing an order, customers need to fill in detailed information about their apartment floor, the elevator’s internal dimensions (length, width, and height), stairwell width, corner radius, whether there is an external fire escape staircase, whether the balcony is suitable for the move, and the actual dimensions of the furniture. All this crucial information is submitted online. Our operations staff analyzes all on-site conditions, differentiating between elevator moving and manual staircase moving, and generates a customized delivery plan. This plan specifies the number of personnel, protective equipment, and estimated arrival time, while also truthfully informing the customer of any environmental limitations. The plan is then sent to the customer online for confirmation.
